flip.

Not only in GW, but in real life. For some reason everyone is using this word. You listen to sports talk radio and they talk about teams flipping players. In real estate they talk about flipping properties. Where I work, I wait tables. They want us to flip tables as much as possible.

And finally in GW, in a team tonight someone said "give me a minute, I have to flip my skills".

Let's not let this one get as overused as the phrase "thrown under the bus".

pwn and pwnage - just makes the person using it look thick. Whats the point of just changing one letter to misspell a word, especially when the new letter is right next to it on the keyboard? just looks like a typo.

Although thinking about it, there's lots of stupid things like mixing letters and numbers - just type it normally, I don't speak moron.

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...where do you think it came from? Think about what you said carefully. Compare to "teh" vs. "the". Ahh, I knew you'd figure it out.

I agree any thing someone wants to sell being called Godly Uber ect. The only acceptable discription of a weapon is "perfect" max dmg with the highest mods. And anyone can obtain them with a little work.

Since folks are including phrases found in forum posts, this one is getting on my nerves:

"RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO "

I rarely even get what it means in the context of the thread. Its like ... someone at one time had a clever remark about a repetitive statement, and it was then copied into the macros and text files of all those who read it so that it could be summoned into a post without any thought as to what the hell they were saying, but oh...it looks really big and important in all caps and everything. Kinda like:

"OMFGBBQROFLMAO!!!!1111oneoneoneeleven"

Thank you for allowing me to get that off my chest. kthxbye

"RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO " is actually auto inserted in place of the "f" word here on these forums.

See? RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOity RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO

Censored for her pleasure.

People too lazy, or too ignorant, to come up with something other than "WTF" or "OMFG" need removing, along with the 'words'.

[RANT]
Please let's not make swearing a part of our de-facto langauge. Why use words or phrases in front of people you don't know when you wouldn't use them in normal polite company? Your first day at school, or work, you don't go cursing out loud because you don't understand something... it makes you look foolish, or unable to deal with the situation. Get a grip.

ROFL!!! I just tried that myself with a string of "f" words. Well that certainly explains why I could never figure out the context, and since I usually don't go about posting profanity in forums of that nature, I never saw it.

Well thank you for clearing that up. Its still annoys me to know end to have to wade through it in a post, but at least we all know what it is.

I'm a calm and relaxed person, but whenever someone cries at an outpost "LFG THAT HAS NO NOOBS, ----ING NUBS RUIN MISH", I feel like drowning some kittens. (Trigger words being noob-variants and mish)

This one's popped up in Tombs this weekend: WTS *whoever's thing*, 200K or 100k and 15 ectos - don't ask to look at it.
